BizziManager ("the App") is operated by Inkfinity Print Solutions Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data responsibly.

• Business Data: Customer details, orders, tasks, diary entries, calendar events, pamper party records, and follow-ups that you enter into the App.
• Device Information: A device identifier for account security purposes.

We use your information solely to:

• Provide and maintain the App's functionality
• Sync your data across devices via our cloud service
• Authenticate your account and protect your data
• Process your subscription through Apple App Store or Google Play

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored locally on your device using an encrypted SQLite database and synced to our secure cloud servers hosted by IONOS in the EU. We use encryption for passwords and secure connections to protect your data in transit.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data or business data with any third parties. Your data is only accessible to you through your authenticated account.

The only third parties involved are:

• Apple / Google: For processing subscription payments (they do not have access to your business data)
• IONOS: Our hosting provider where cloud data is stored

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: View all data stored in the App at any time
• Export: Export all your data as a JSON file from the App
• Delete: Request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us
• Portability: Transfer your data using the App's export feature

6. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription or wish to have your data deleted, please contact us using the details below. Local data on your device remains until you uninstall the App.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

9. Subscriptions

The App offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Subscriptions are processed and managed through Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment terms, renewal, and cancellation are governed by the respective app store's policies.
